Refund Policy

No returns accepted only exchanges. We will gladly accept exchanges of defective merchandise. Exchanges must be made within 10 days for domestic and 15 days for international of merchandise receipt.

We do not guarantee that all the requested items are in stock and it will be shipped without any notifications unless a comment is left by the customer. Credit Card will be charged as soon as an order is placed with us. Therefore, a store credit will be issued for any out of stock items. Store Credits have no expiration date and can be used for any online purchases.

Please note it is your responsibility to pay the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. Returns must be accompanied with an original receipt. Returns without original receipt will not be accepted. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns.

All items are shipped through UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) unless the buyer specifically asks for a different shipping service. We do not ship out orders on weekends and holidays (Public holidays in the United States).

All packages will be shipped with No Signature Required unless the customer chooses another signature option.

Please note that customs authorities require us to state the value of the item directly on the package. . We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or delaying in package arrival by the Postal Service. We are also not responsible for any customs fee charged by customs in your country.
